Mondayinvoice.com helps contractors send invoices on time — whether you’re just getting started or already established.
Initial setup
You configure your invoice details once, including things like:
- Business name and ABN
- Rate and GST settings
You can also generate test invoices using default data to see how everything looks before using real details.
Reminder emails can include helpful context, such as:
- A prompt to complete a client timesheet (if applicable)
- Public holidays based on your location
The weekly flow
- You receive a reminder email on your chosen day (for example, Monday morning).
- The email may remind you about things like client timesheets or public holidays.
- It asks one simple question: how many days or hours did you work?
- You reply with a number.
- Mondayinvoice generates a clean, professional invoice.
- You forward it to your client or recruiter.
What mondayinvoice does not do
- It does not guess hours or days worked.
- It does not send invoices directly to your clients.
- It does not add advertising or branding to your invoices(invoices may include a small “sent via mondayinvoice.com” line).
You stay in control of what gets sent. Mondayinvoice simply makes sure the process happens on time.
